1.1 Q: Forgot my password, what to do?
A: First, click "Forgot your passowrd".  Then submit your email address, a new password will be send to you. 

1.2 Q: Did not receive the registration email?

A: Check your email including SPAM box.

2.1 Q: Do you have a minimum order? 

A: No, there is no minimum order, but free shipping only applies to orders above a certain amount.  Please see Shipping for details

2.2 Q: Help!  I am unable to check out and I can't figure out why!

A: To enable check out, we need to calculate your shipping charges, which is related to your order total value.  In the Calculate shipping cost area, please click on the Click to calculate shipping button to enable the check out function.

2.3 Q: When do I need to pay for my order?  How do I pay?

A: Once you have pressed "Submit Order" you will be brought to Paypal.  Then you can pay.

2.4 Q: I do not have a Paypal account!  How can I pay? 

A: Paypal is also our credit card processor.  Once you arrive at the Paypal page, click on Pay with my credit card
